Provisional booking form

Use this form to register or to make a provisional booking for accommodation during the NatWest Island Games 1999. Gotlandsresor AB in Visby will handle all reservations for accommodation. Once we receive your registration, we will contact you by phone, fax or e-mail.

Either return the whole form to us, at the address at the foot of the page, or fax it to us on +46 498 20 12 70. You can also find this information on the Internet, at: www.gotlandsresor.se, and you can register your interest by e-mail.

All prices are per person and per day. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. A supplement is charged for single rooms and extra beds.

Your registration should reach us before 26 December 1998. We will then send you a confirmation and paying-in slip at the beginning of next year. Your reservation will be valid when we have received your payment.

I wish to point out that, since those Islands which make bookings through our appointed tour operators generate benefit to the Organising Committee, any Island making its own travel and accommodation arrangements will be charged an administration fee of £15 per head, to ensure that all competitors contribute equally to the benefits provided by the Gotland Organising Committee.
