All decisions made by the Information Group will be presented in the form of a steering document. Steering documents will be produced in two originals and kept in two high-quality files, one at the Island Games Office and one in the care of the information officer. Anyone who wishes can consult the files and obtain a copy of the desired steering document. The steering documents will be distributed directly to the various working groups, while other people are welcome to visit the office to collect copies.

As new documents arise, they will be presented in the "Newsletter" and "Nyhetsbrevet".
